Koren is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and consultant with a remarkable ability to convey information clearly and creatively in a technical environment.

She is the president of Wise Technical Innovations in Norfolk, Virginia and her company specializes in creating Cisco secure environments; as well as System Center Configuration Manager 2007, SMS, and Project Server 2007 deployments in multi-site environments. She is well-known for providing tailored solutions that are a perfect blend of training and consulting.

She received multiple awards over seven years as a senior instructor at a leading training facility in the Hampton Roads, VA area. Koren is a truly gifted teacher and engineer who has a style of teaching that makes students feel at ease with the material.

In 2007, Koren's company was awarded three major contracts by the City of Norfolk and was one of only a handful of vendors awarded a four year service contract by the City of Norfolk in 2008. Such contracts are awarded only to vendors who meet the highest standards and maintain flawless reputations. Koren lives in Norfolk, VA with her husband and two young children. She enjoys running, biking, and spending time outdoors.
