		<description>Yeah I would agree it&#039;s important to differentiate Windows 7 from Vista, to show it&#039;s a complete release rather than simply an update.  I&#039;ve tested Windows 7 in a Virtual PC, and it&#039;s pretty solid (and fast) already from my very unscientific testing.</description>

		<description>Mr. Ballmer made a large statement there, in order to separate Windows 7 from Windows Vista as early on as possible.  This might be because it is tough to create a new-looking GUI, and so it would be good to be ahead on the differentiation argument.</description>
