It is a security software that is more commonly seen within corporate settings. It is used to prevent individuals from changing critical system settings and monitors the computer for activities that are commonly abused or used by hackers. Though you are probably doing something benign, the software doesn’t know that and probably thinks its a rogue software trying to download a virus or trojan for example. There are ways to disable it but I’d highly advise you to consult your network administrator or individual that supports your computer. This is because an exception list can be made without having to disable the software and thus leaving your computer unprotected.
