What are the system requirements to play your videos?

Answer:
System requirements are the same required to run Windows XP. For best results we recommend:

Pentium III or higher CPU
256MB of RAM
64MB video card
Monitor with screen resolution of 800x600 or higher
Speakers

Palaestra Training videos are recorded in .avi format and will play in most media players. Our videos are created using the Techsmith TSCC codec. Our training is delivered on CD and/or DVD and comes with its own media player.

If you want to view the videos in another media player, you'll need to download the TSCC codec from Techsmith's website. It's a free download and very small. It can be downloaded from here http://www.techsmith.com/download/codecs.asp

Our videos can also be played on a Mac using Quicktime and downloading the Techsmith enSharpen codec. It is also a free download and can be downloaded here http://www.techsmith.com/download/codecs.asp

Question:
Can I make copies of your training videos?

Answer:
Standard copyright laws apply to our products. You can make a backup copy for your personal use, but you are not allowed to copy our software or training materials and distribute or resell in any way or under any circumstances
