Prior to returning any of our products to us, you need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Also, before we can accept a return, we need a few pieces of information so we can verify your order and process your refund:

Please put the RMA number of the outside of the box you use to ship back to us. Also please put the RMA number on the packing slip and include that in the return shipment. If you don't have your original packing slip, just put your customer information on a note, along with the RMA # and put that in the box you ship back to us.
