To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to support@palaestratraining.com or call us at 1-800-934-0753. Once we verify your information, we'll issue you an RMA #. Please put the RMA number of the outside of the box you use to ship back to us. Also please put the RMA number on the packing slip and include that in the return shipment. If you don't have your original packing slip, just put your customer information on a note, along with the RMA # and put that in the box you ship back to us. Make sure your RMA number is on the outside of the box, and ship your return to: Once we receive the product back, we'll issue a refund promptly within 3-4 business days.
