Within the USA (Domestic)

Domestic Shipping via USPS or FedEx

General Info

• Most orders placed before 12:00PM EST will ship the same business day via USPS
• Orders requiring expedited shipping / next-day can be delivered via FedEx
• Depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery time may vary between 1-5 days.
• The United States Post Office will be used to ship all orders to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.
• Tracking information is sent to the email address you supplied during checkout and is available for FedEx orders ONLY. (No tracking for the US Postal Service.)

Next Day & Second Day Air Shipping

• Most orders placed before 12:00PM EST will ship the same business day via FedEx.
• Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air shipping are only available within the United States.
• Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air shipping are not available to P.O. or APO boxes.
• Next Day Air orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday NOT Saturday. We only offer Next Day Air Saturday delivery upon special request.

Outside the USA (International)

International Shipping Via United States Postal Service

• International orders are accepted from all countries. However, Palaestra Training reserves the right to refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity!
• All International orders will be shipped out via USPS Global Priority, USPS Global Express, or USPS Air Parcel Post. Shipping method depends on the destination.
• International orders are shipped out via the United States Post Office within 1 business day from the time they are placed.
• International delivery can take from 4 - 16 business days to deliver your order, depending upon your local postal carrier.
• Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to duties or customs charges.
  • You are responsible for paying any additional charges for your order.
• Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air shipping are NOT available outside of the United States.
